Aries is ruled by the head- always in a hurry, always ready to “butt heads” and show some horns. You would greatly benefit by slowing down and taking a deep breath before tackling the next project. It’s good to win, but even better to win and control your blood pressure at the same time. You’re under the influence of Mars, a hot-headed warrior. But, he’s a planet and you’re a human, subject to certain aspects of the Zodiac.
Some health tips: Headaches are common for the Aries, so a soothing cup of lemon balm tea or chamomile with fresh lemon will do more for banishing headaches than over the counter medications. You must teach yourself to relax and let the cares of the day slip away. Tomorrow will arrive soon enough. Live for today.
You overdo it on the salt and seasonings. Full of msg and other additives. If you’re the cook, try adding these herbs and spices to cooking and for making herbal teas- basil, ginger, black pepper, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon and sassafras.
Fruits and vegetables- add these to your daily diet, 2 or more servings- apples, pears, grapes, kiwi, Swiss chard, turnips greens.
Music- to sooth the savage warrior. Think Smooth Jazz- Chris Botti – Five Great Songs
Aries is named after the ram bearing the Golden Fleece searched for by Jason and the Argonauts.
My final words on the First -House Aries…
Take time from your busy life and go out in the dark of night and look at the stars. You will learn much that has been kept secret on this beautiful planet called Earth. For the stars have foretold each birth including your own. Only they can teach you. So my advice, go and dance with the stars and be who you are.
Blessed be, sweet ones
