Orange Mint Tea

1 cup of dried mint leaves

8 teaspoons of China Tea, or you may use Oolong, white, or green tea leaves

6 whole cloves

4 tablespoons of Calendula petals

2 tablespoons of dried orange peel

Gently mix all the ingredients in a tea tin or plastic container with a lid, and allow the blend to mellow for 24 hours. Use one heaping tablespoon of the blend per eight ounces of boiling water. Use a tea strainer or tea ball when preparing the tea. Allow the tea to steep for 3 minutes.

This recipe is a calming tea. Nice to drink right bed time for a restful sleep.

1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm

1 tablespoom dried Chamomile fowers

Add the herbs to a tea ball or tea infuser, and place it in a tea pot. Pour 10 ounces of boiling water over the herbs, and allow the tea to steep for 3 minutes.

Dextox Tea

Helps to cleanse your body of toxins

1 tablespoon of Green Tea Leaves

1 teaspoon of mint leaves, peppermint is best

1 slice of fresh ginger root

1 slice of fresh lemon

Combine all ingredients in a tea pot. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the ingredients.

Steep for 3 minutes, pour through a tea strainer. Add a bit of honey to sweeten and sip slowly.
