Blend 1 cup frozen blueberries

1 Carnation [envelope ] instant breakfast

1 and 1/2 cups of 2% milk

1/4 tsp each, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg

Blend until smooth. A supercharged, delicious drink to sharpen your focus.

Drop a few bay leaves into the cooking liquid when boiling cabbage, broccoli, or cauliflower to reduce the pungent smell.
